We are located on the first floor - Suite/Lab 126 - in the Horizon 1 building located at 541 Main Street, Columbia, SC 29201. Entrance to Horizon I is at Blossom St/Main St intersection (SW corner). Visitors may pay-park at the Horizon Garage located directly next to the Horizon 1 building (on the south; please enter from the Main Street side).
